How do I prepare for my service?
Any effort, little or big can help for the preparation of the cleaning. If a home is picked up (toys, personal belongings, and surfaces cleared), it allows the cleaners to focus on cleaning and get straight to work. Excessive clutter may affect the time allocated to your home thus the rate for your service.
Will I get the same cleaner each visit?
We exert efforts to guarantee you have your regular cleaner or team each visit. Due to illness, vacations, promotions, etc. your regular cleaner/s may not be available. You can choose to have another fully vetted cleaner service your home, or you can skip at any given time until your cleaner is available. Permanently, We are able to match you with a different cleaner. No need to bounce from company to company. That’s the benefit of working with an agency. Matchmaking is our expertise!
Do the cleaners provide their own supplies and equipment?
Absolutely! However, you’re welcome to provide your own products and supplies or arrange with the cleaner the various preferences you may have. Often your cleaner will ask for permission to use your vacuum. Using your vacuum may be more sanitary and can prevent cross-contamination. If you would prefer that they use their own vacuum, please contact us, and we will let the cleaner know that this is important to you.
Should I tip my cleaner?
Although it is not expected, it is appreciated.
What if I have pets?
If your pet is territorial or over-enthusiastic, for the safety of the referred cleaners, please safely secure all your pets.
How will the cleaner access my home?
It is your choice. You can leave the door open, give us a garage code, leave a key in a safe location, or you can have a lock box on site. Security is a significant factor in hiring the perfect house cleaner for your home and your family. Our agency does a local and national criminal background check before we add any worker to our registry. We’ve seen the lockbox works best since you can change the code when a new cleaner is matched to your home.
What time will my cleaner arrive?
Please allow for a 2-hour window on your service date. This allows for travel time and cleaning job variations.
What if I need to have my appointment rescheduled or canceled?
We have a 48-hour cancellation policy. Anything later than 48-hour notice may result in a $50 late cancellation/reschedule fee.
Can I skip a cleaning service if I am on your recurring service schedule?
Yes, it is possible to skip, and we ask for 48-hour notice, or a cancellation fee may apply. Please note that your appointment is primarily reserved for you and regular skipping may have an impact on the cleaning professional’s income. You may consider reducing the scheduled frequency if you’re regularly skipping.

How will I pay for my cleaning service?
