Any effort, little or big can help prepare for your appointment. If a home is picked up (toys, personal belongings, and surfaces cleared), it allows our team to focus on cleaning and get straight to work. Excessive clutter may affect the time allocated to your home thus the rate for your service.

We exert efforts to guarantee you have your regular maid or team for each visit. Due to illness, vacations, promotions, etc. your regular cleaner/s may not be available. You can choose to have another fully vetted cleaner service your home, or you can skip at any given time until the person you want is available. Permanently, we are able to match you with a different cleaner. No need to bounce from company to company. That’s the benefit of working with an agency. Matchmaking is our expertise!

Absolutely! However, you’re welcome to provide your own products and supplies or arrange with the cleaner the various preferences you may have. Often your cleaner will ask for permission to use your vacuum. Using your vacuum may be more sanitary and can prevent cross-contamination. If you would prefer that they use their own vacuum, please contact us, and we will let the cleaner know that this is important to you.

Although it is not expected, it is appreciated.

If your pet is territorial or over-enthusiastic, for the safety of the referred cleaners, please safely secure all your pets.

It is your choice. You can leave the door open, give us a garage code, leave a key in a safe location, or you can have a lock box on site. Security is a significant factor in hiring the perfect house cleaner for your home and your family. Our agency does a local and national criminal background check before we add any worker to our registry. We’ve seen the lockbox works best since you can change the code when a new cleaner is matched to your home.

Please allow for a 2-hour window on your service date. This allows for travel time and cleaning job variations.

We have a 48-hour cancellation policy. Anything later than 48-hour notice may result in a $50 late cancellation/reschedule fee.

Yes, it is possible to skip, and we ask for 48-hour notice, or a cancellation fee may apply. Please note that your appointment is primarily reserved for you and regular skipping may have an impact on the cleaning professional’s income. You may consider reducing the scheduled frequency if you’re regularly skipping.

Valencia Pro Cleaning Agency is committed to your satisfaction and nurturing a long-term relationship. Each job completed will receive a cleaning survey with the following selections: Service was excellent, Service was OK, or Service wasn’t Good and area for comments. Your feedback is always welcomed and appreciated.

No need to scramble for checks or cash the day of service. All cleaning jobs are paid through a credit card that you provide at the time of booking. Once your appointment is over, you will automatically be charged.

We don’t impose long-term contracts. You’re free to cancel or reschedule either your entire service or a single cleaning session up to 48 hours prior to your appointment without incurring any fees. However, we will ask you to carefully review all terms of our service agreement during your booking time.

Accidents can sadly happen, even with all the care and attention professional technicians apply when tackling your home. If there are any extremely important items in your home, such as family heirlooms, it’s worth asking your cleaners not to touch that single item during your appointment. All technicians stand behind their work and are responsible for it. If any damage or breakage occurs, they’ll handle this problem directly with you. Valencia Pro Cleaning Agency isn’t a direct employer of the professionals we refer.

Our company issues a 1099 to all cleaners at the end of the year. This is our own responsibility which we take very seriously to make sure we’re properly documenting all tax records.
